Best panels I’ve ever seen.

From the very beginning I wanted to create something extraordinary, special cause I didn’t like how ordinary reclaimed panels look. They’re great but just not for me. I searched for a wood wall for my workspace and surely didn’t want it to look plane or boring. Also, this was a must for me to find the wood from the real wood (if u know what I mean ;). I like smth real, smth decent or with a true story like these guys have. So, when I saw these panels, I just fell in love with the product. And I really appreciate that the manufacturer explains more than everything in the photo gallery, that helps a lot.So, guys, this is real wood, it’s gorgeous and it’s smth new. Love the 3d effect, it looks soooo rich and interesting and elegant. 100% worth it, trust me.

Love it! Reeeally easy to install!

This is my first DIY-project. At first I doubted this whole idea of buying wood from SH because the panels aren’t peel and stick and if you’re just a girl, you need to buy extra tools for installation. Didn’t think that I could manage this, but!!! They looked soooo good, I talked with the manager and finally bought them. OMG, the wood is amazing!! And the mounting was so easy! I watched the installation video that they’ve pinned in the listing gallery, and it was even easier than on the video because of the fiberboard back cause it’s two-layer panels. For mounting I used liquid nails for all kinds of projects and tiny nail set.

The panels look EXACTLY THE SAME as they look in a photo! The product’s really good. I love that every panel has different shades of brown, the light ones, the dark ones, and everything’s mixed so it looks so harmonious and elegant. Can’t be satisfied more with the quality and the look

Gorgeous volume 3D wood wall panels

Two-row brown reclaimed wood 3D wall panels are made from 100% naturally weathered pine that was sunbathing during at least 20-30 years in the heart of Siberia. The panels have an outstandingly rich wood volume design: deep texture and cracks, diverse wood patterns and infinite variation of brown barn wood shades make every panel unique and exclusive. Every two-row panel has two rows of various small planks that differ in height, texture, brown shade and wood pattern.

Having a full cycle production helps us to control our products’ quality at every stage of the process from selecting only the best raw material for the boards to carefully processing them, packaging and delivery. Every two-row 3D panel is assembled individually by hand, that’s why it’s unique and so gorgeous. Every wood wall panel consists of two layers: reclaimed wood surface and high-density fiberboard back. This construction allows you to mount a wood wall easier and keep the reclaimed on the wall longer without losing the touch of the real wood.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

СALCULATE THE AMOUNT OF BOXES YOU NEED

First you need to calculate how many boxes of reclaimed barn wood you need. Measure the length and the width of the wall, multiply and get the area. Divide it by the square footage in one package and voila! Now you know the amount of boxes for your project. And don’t forget to take into account an additional 5% of the wood for trimming.

PREPARE THE AREA

Сlear the space from furniture, remove protruding elements, clean the wall, and, if necessary, remove the frames of outlets and switches.

DRAW A REFERENCE LINE

Using a level, draw a straight horizontal reference line on the wall; this is the starting point for the layout.

APPLY THE CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE

Spread glue or any other adhesive (we recommend to use liquid nails) on the back of the first panel and press it to the wall straight along the reference line.

SECURE WITH NAILS

After, secure the panel with nails – with either a hammer or a nail gun. It's possible to mount the panels without liquid adhesive, in which case you need to secure them with 6 nails.

CUT THE PANELS

To complete the row, you need to measure the remaining distance and saw off an appropriately sized piece of a panel using any type of a saw - hacksaw, jigsaw or trimming saw. The rest of the panel can be used to start the next row.

REPEAT UNTIL DONE

Repeat the steps 5-7 until your project is completely done and you can fully enjoy the cozy touch of real nature at your home.

Is it 100% real reclaimed wood?

It absolutely is. We dismantle old barns in the heart of Siberia, and the wood is approximately 30-50 years old.

Does it crack or break while delivery?

Sometimes, when the delivery men are not attentive enough to our wood. However, we do our best to control all phases of our service and deliver our wood safe and sound.

Do you treat the wood with chemicals?

No, we don’t. We believe that the real wood doesn’t require anything to highlight its beauty. So, no oils, no artificially aging paints, no chemicals, no other dangerous treatments etc. The only thing that we do is antiseptic treatment because we know that nowadays it’s important.

Why is your wood so texturous?

Because it was in Siberia - in a region with absolutely unique weather conditions. The winters are terribly cold and snowy, the summers are extremely sunny and dry. In such conditions the wood is aging during 3-5 decades or even more. That’s why our wood has the best, deepest and most luxurious texture on the market.

Does every plank have the same pattern and color?

No, every our board is a unique work of Siberian art. Even if you order only Sunburnt Amber or Siberian Silver finish, you get the pack where every plank has its own story to tell, and all of them also have their own “skin shade” within one color.
